We offer a number of dining and refreshment options at the Hotel Friesacher. Our main restaurant serves the finest cuisine that Salzburg can offer. Friesacher Heuriger and Friesacher Einkehr invite you to taste more local dishes in an informal atmosphere. Guten Appetit in the Restaurant Friesacher. The Restaurant Friesacher is our fine dining restaurant and the extension of our family’s original and continuing farming business. We offer the finest Austrian and international cuisine coupled with first class service and ambience in a number of different Stuben – or dining rooms – decorated in rustic and traditional or refined and elegant styles. The very highest quality ingredients include produce from our own farm, the wine cellar features a broad list of Austrian and other wines and local speciality brews cater for the beer enthusiast as well.
“Heuriger” is the name given in Austria to the wine of the current year’s harvest as well as to the traditional taverns in which it is served. As the name suggests, the focus of Friesacher Heuriger is wine – not just the Heuriger but a wide selection from Austria and the rest of the world – paired with the traditional simple food that goes with it. And fun, companionship and laughter.
Flair, comfort and good beer await you in our Einkehr, which has become the number one meeting place in Anif in recent years. The focus here is on beer. As an absolute highlight, the Augustiner, which is freshly tapped from a wooden barrel, is served to our guests every evening.
